The Bright Eyed Brunette

We celebrated Mother's Day on Saturday this year because my sister could only come on Saturday and my kids and husband can never wait until Sunday to give me my present! I was showered with many gifts and cards from both my Mom and my kids and I loved them all. What would the world be like without mothers?! Lots of love to all the Momma's out there, especially mine :)

This year my parents had to have some renovations done on the pool. No draining and cleaning the pool out for us this year, someone else got that job! We did have the job of painting the trim around the top of the pool, but that wasn't so bad :) I said all of that to say this: the pool got done a little earlier than it usuall does so the kids got to swim sooner than they usually do! All of this sun and warm weather makes for one happy me! My favorite way to relax! The kids are having a blast too :)
