The Rest of Spring Break

This was a pretty laid back Spring Break. The weather wasn't all that warm and when it was, the wind was so strong it could blow you over!  My sister and her kids were here for the whole Spring Break so Trey had a playmate for the week....Noah David, his best friend. One day my sister took Trey, Noah, and Ellie Kate walking down to the river. When he came back, he proudly brought these flowers to me :) I left them in the car for a little while and was really surprised that after I put them in water, they came back out and even had a couple of buds. That boy knows how to make his momma happy:)   One day it was almost nice enough to sit on the front porch for a little while...about 10 minutes.   Trey and Noah at their bonfire   So pretty! Noah loves Miss Kitty   Me and the girls at the hot tub.  Makena didn't want to get in, but I told her she had to take a picture with us anyway. I think they were having fun! So long Spring Break, see

Easter Sunday 2016

We had a very nice Easter. We went to church then went to eat with my family at Grammy and Papa's  (actually actually the Community Center). We had a yummy lunch, visited with family that I haven't seen since Christmas, and then the kids went egg hunting (Trey was the only one of my kids that still goes, and this might have been his last year). We didn't have night church so we just relaxed the rest of the day. It was a beautiful day to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior! My three bunnies!  Aunt Becky (T's SS teacher) with Noah and Trey.  I have no idea where Skylare and Elijah were at!   Mrs. Ruby with her class. Poor Nick has to be the only boy since Dalton rarely comes!   My mom with her little kids...better her than me :)   Having fun after church with Lukas and Hadlee.   Papa and Makena Faith.   Carlie had the fun job of watching the boys!!  Checking out their loot.   Much Love, Beth

Pre-Easter 2016

Getting ready for Easter is always fun. Even though my kids are getting older, they still like to do the usual Easter activities like dying eggs, decorating, cookies, and getting Easter goodies from Nanny and Pop, as well as me and Carl! We always try to do these "activities" on Saturday so that Sunday we can concentrate on the real meaning of Easter. It was a fun Easter Saturday!! Nanny gave the kids lots of Easter goodies.   Trey got an airplane in his bucket.   Fun, Fun, Fun!   Of course, we had to dye eggs!   All six of them worked hard on their eggs.   Even the oldest, Carlie   Our pretty eggs!   Next was cookie decorating!  Trey had to eat his cookies....yum!      Ready to fly our plane.   Up it went, and down it fell and fell apart.  Thankfully nothing broke!   Trey and Makena had a little too much water in the hot tub.   My bunnies, with their bunnies and other go

Let's Go to the Zoo!

Me and my bunch at the Memphis Zoo Trey, riding the rhino The tigers were a little creepy.  It was almost like they were on the prowl, ready to devour whatever came near them! Trey wanted a picture with the tigers.   Me and my girls! Makena was pretending that she was in China.   Not too sure what this was, but Trey wanted a picture of it!   It's Mr. Popper's Penguin's! They had the best time feeding the sting rays!   The girls even got into doing it. They did it a few years back at Branson, so it wasn't a completely new experience. Look at Makena's face :)   Pretty trees and awesome kids! Trey and his sidekicks!   Trey and Noah on the train.   On the Tuesday of our Spring Break we loaded up and went to the Memphis Zoo and Aquarium.  My mom and the Simpson's came with us.  We had a good trip for the most part.  When you go anywhere with six kiddos, you can bet that there will be a few

This and That

Here are a bunch of pictures from my phone. I will one day get fully caught up on here.  We have been pretty busy, and this is the time of year when it only gets worse before it gets better!   A few weeks ago we went to Little Rock to celebrate Noah David's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's.  Here are a few pictures. He was thrilled to be in the ticket blaster! Makena and Trey playing...I'm not sure where Carlie was! We finally finished with basketball season and had our annual blue and white game where anyone in the whole school (kids only) can play.  We also gave out the participation trophies. We had a fun season, but I am not ashamed to say that I'm glad it's over until October! Carlie Erin is still our driver a lot.  She does a good job and maybe one day she will take the road test and pass it :)  We still have some work to do.   Jonah, Braden, Trey, and Atticus on the tractor for Ag Day. Makena and some of her class on the swings.  Yo
