New Post, Who Dis?!

 Whew, two posts in three days! I have promised myself to finish the year strong😀 Let me start by giving a little Thanksgiving recap.  We went to my parent's for lunch and then came back here and chilled out for a few hours before dragging the Christmas tree and all of the decorations out. These two boys sitting at the table have been getting into mischief together since 2008! And Eli (in the background) has been in the middle of them since 2009! A few of the early guests  Uncle Charlie, Mom, Tim, Ellie Kate...I am thankful for them all! We sure are thankful that he is with us this year! I explained a little bit of what happened with him on my previous post. He is feeling pretty good.  Still dealing with some brain fog but that is to be expected with any kind of brain trauma. What's Up Wednesday

Today I'm linking up with  Shay  and  Sheaffer  for a fun What's Up Wednesday! It has been so long since I blogged that I thought it would be fun to join a link-up while I try to get my creative juices flowing.  1. What we're eating this week: I found this easy (and delicious) cheesy corn recipe that I made for our churches Harvest Supper.  It was a big hit and I hardly had any to bring back home!  Of course, with tomorrow being Thanksgiving, we have been busy preparing for that. I am known as the "deviled egg queen" in my family because I started making them when Carl and I got married and now everyone asks me to bring them for every function (family or church).  I am also making a cannoli poke cake and Makena is fixing a Thanksgiving Trifle.
