Jam Session

Today Noah, Eli, and Trey got together for a little jam session!  They switched guitars about a thousand times until Trey   they got the one they wanted.  They have a lot of fun together (especially T and Noah) and it's always so great to see them play together.  I'm still a little intrigued by "boy play".  They seriously don't even think like girls....no wonder men don't just know what women think!  Anyway, while I had the boys at my house, my mom had the girls at her house and when Carl and I took the boys back "White Flag" came on the radio and all three of them sang as loud as they could.  It was the sweetest (and loudest) sound.  I pray that they all grow up to be willing and obedient men of God.   Beth

Happy Birthday, Elijah

One of the sweetest boys I know!  And no, the vacuum was not one of his presents :) He was trying to be patient while Jamie insisted that he listen to the card!   The three boys   The three girls   Today we made the long trip to Russellville for Eli's 4th birthday party.  His actual birthday is Oct. 1st, but who has a party on a Monday?!  He had an Avengers/Superhero themed party but I don't think the kids cared a bit.  All they wanted to do was play!  **This is a little note for the Simpson's...if you move any more than 2 and a half hours away, I am not coming to see you***  I do not enjoy long rides in cars with my kids!!  It was a long but fun family day and really, I wouldn't have missed it for the world :) Happy 4th Birthday, Sweet Elijah!   Beth

Happy Birthday, T!

Wednesday was Trey's seventh birthday!  We celebrated by having pizza at school for his class and he also helped me make cupcakes for his class :)  He is such a fun-loving boy.  He likes to ride 4wheelers, play video games, shoot his new bow with his Daddy, play with tractors, motorcycles, and all that other fun boy stuff!  Here are a few pictures I took of him during his birthday week....oh, yes, did I mention that we celebrated off and on for a week?!  I guess that's what happens when your birthday is on a school day. Such a big boy now!     Trey wanted a bow for his birthday.  Chris was helping him shoot the target in this picture. He's got it now :)   Nanny and Pop got him new boots and a target He really wanted a toy!  But later said that he loved his new target :) Blowing out his candle   Happy 7th Birthday, to my very sweet boy!  Even though he likes to do stuff with his Daddy and "manly"...
