We love Duck Dynasty Pool Party Fun! It was a little cool....in fact nobody swam after this party!   He was having a great birthday party! They were shooting the decoys with water guns...BOYS!   He was having fun!     Still playing!   It's funny, when we planned Trey's swimming/Duck Dynasty party it was still pretty hot and then the day before his party, it turns cool :)  The poor kids about froze when they got out of the pool.  Oh well, as you can see, it didn't seem to keep them from playing.  Trey loved all the decoys in the pool and the camo decorations we had outside.  I would have better pictures of all of this, but my Internet was down for about 3 weeks after his birthday, and then I got a new phone and let Makena have my old one (that had all of my pictures on it) and now she has lost it!  On Trey's actual birthday, I let him skip school and my Mom and I took him shopping in L...

I've had a super long week.  It's just been one of those weeks where nothing went right or EVERYTHING went wrong.  Anyway, this is probably going to be the last weekend before Carl and the boys start cutting rice, so we decided to take off after church and head to Gillette to the Arkansas Post.  We didn't take a picnic lunch because of all days to pick, you guessed it, we picked the absolutely hottest one.  I'm talkin' 100 degrees hot!  Anyway, we had a fun afternoon and got back in plenty of time for church.  Sometimes it's just good to get away...even if it's just for a few hours. They were hot and tired, but still stopped to pose for me! We have been down to the Post about 4 times in the past 4 or 5 years and have never been there at the time when the alligator was there.  Evidently this is a small one, around 6 feet or so.  They have captured and relocated one (because it was getting aggressive) that was 10 feet. ...
