Hello friends, it's time for another recipe from the homestead. This week we have another favorite recipe, Marry Me Chicken. I think this recipe has dozens of variations, so here is ours! Ingredients: 4 bonesless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup parmasan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste Directions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the chicken breasts to the crock pot. Whisk together ranch seasoning, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
