Here For the Boos

Everyone here knows that summer is my most favorite season of the year, but coming in at a close second is fall.  More specifically, October!

At the beginning of the month, Makena came home for fall break. I think it was much needed for her, and I know I was sure happy to see her for more than a weekend.

We took a nice little nature walk.

My two handsome boys.
We got a little rain so Carl was off and able to go with us.

All the girls 💗

Wrenley loves her Aunt Kena!

She also loves to help BeBe clean the house!

Getting our spooky on over here 👻

It is going to be a great month.  If things keep going as scheduled, harvest will be over and done within a week or so.  Trey is still working and going to school, Makena has been working her booty off working and trying to wrap up her first semester of her SENIOR year, and I am here juggling Wrenley, typical housewife stuff, teaching Trey and keeping up with all of my church responsibilities.  I would be lying if I said that it wasn't a little overwhelming at times.  I try to just take it one day at a time and make some time for myself whenever possible.

Here is to a fun rest of the month!

Much Love,
Beth

Three Doses of Happiness

Laundry piled up, dishes in the sink, phone buzzing with many emails, toys all over the house.......sounds like an absolute perfect time to go outside and relax with my kiddos! Today has been a VERY warm day.  It probably would be more enjoyable if we didn't know that it would more than likely storm tonight!  Carlie didn't go to school today because she was up a lot last night with stomach issues.  She never vomited, but she was very nauseated and has had stomach cramps.  She hasn't felt bad all day, just off and one.  We might be going to the doctor tomorrow p.m. because Sunday night I noticed that she has a little bulge above her belly button, I wasn't concerned about it (really) until her stomach started hurting and she said that it hurt to tough.  Maybe it's nothing, but people keep mentioning hernia to me.  Please pray that she feels better soon.  Also tomorrow is the big day....academic advising.  I remember the very first time I was advised (somewhere a
