We finally got some snow!! It doesn't happen very often around here, so everybody's pretty excited :)
Of course we all know how I feel about winter...I don't want to build a snowman because I would rather be building a sand castle! The hot tub was perfect.
The second snowfall proved to be a big one! We had huge flakes and ended up missing 3 1/2 days of school. If I remember correctly we got around 6 inches!
Our next snow came this past Wednesday night. We got lots of sleet and then snow on top of that...another 2 snow days!! We are a little over it by now!
We decided to make the best of it and have some fun! Trey had a small accident and kind of did the splits falling off of the sled. A swim in the hot tub made him feel a little better. Later on, Carl was pulling Makena on the sled and when she fell off she rolled in the ditch full of water! I was in the house so I missed it all. They were both laughing about it. SO glad nobody was hurt:) We've seen and played in the snow now, so hurry up Spring!!
