A Little More Basketball

Well it finally happened....Makena got to be Sally at a ball game and Trey had his first game of the season! You will probably get tired of all of my ball pictures before the season is over, but I'm a mom and pictures are my "thang". I was a little under the weather at this game and didn't take as many pictures as usual, but after having two kids sick with strep, I did good just to make it there. I am very glad that we are all well now! Much Love Beth

School Pictures, Basketball, and More!

Our school pictures made it in! I wasn't sure when Makena would get hers because she had to have retakes, but they all made it in at the same time! Things picked back up right where they left off as soon as Thanksgiving Break ended. We headed to Jacksonville to our first game back. All three of our teams playing lost. It was really tough because not all of our players were able to come for one reason or another. Makena fell and hurt her elbow pretty badly. I took her to the doctor because she was swollen and super bruised for more than 48 hours. Turned out it was a deep tissue bruise (thankfully). On Saturday Carl, Trey and my dad went to an ordination service for our new pastor and the girls and I went shopping! Nothing like a little retail therapy! Here are the pictures Carl sent me from their outing: He said he had a good time :) So thankful for the male role models he has in his life. And that is pretty much how our first week back from break went...add in a coup...

Gingerbread Fun!

After Carl and Trey got back home from Star City, we decided to build and decorate our gingerbread houses. The kids are getting older and able to do more without our help, but we still helped a little! Much Love Beth

Thanksgiving Break

Carlie killed a 7pt. on Tuesday evening! My main elf, fixing our new tree. Mostly finished! Our Nutcracker Our Manger Santa and his crew. Notice Charlie (our elf) came back to visit this year :) We went to the Wings Over the Prairie Festival (carnival) on Wednesday. The kids had fun riding rides with their cousins. Of course, we had to go to Walmart after the carnival...and look who we found: Makena was helping Grammy with the butterscotch pie. Trey and Noah Carlie and Pop were bonding, lol The kids with Papa The kids with Grammy I didn't go Black Friday shopping. It's just not my thing. No deal is worth fighting people for!! We did go later Friday, though. Saturday was a nasty rainy day and nobody wanted to stay home, so we went to Little Rock and did a little shopping. Over all I think we had a nice week. Not too busy, not too boring. Just relaxing. There is absolutely no way I could name all of the people/blessings that I am th...

Thanksgiving Banquet

First of all I would like to apologize for the terrible pictures. I remembered to bring my big camera but I forgot the SD card! Also, I didn't get to take many pictures because I wanted to video this time. The food was great and the kids did a great job on their parts. I'm so very thankful that we have the opportunity to send our kids to school here. We have been blessed beyond measure. Much Love, Beth

Let's Go Mustangs!

We had our first Pep Rally and away game on Friday. Makena was pumped to dress as Mustang Sally and to play against the Warriors of Cornerstone Christian. Ready to cheer our Mustangs on! The girls team Trey also got his named called for the pee-wee team during the rally. She is ready! Little brother with Jared. Although we lost our game to the Warriors, we had a great time!
