A very blurry picture of me and Makena.  We were going down the road on the hayride!

We did things a little different for our annual fall festival this year.   Instead of doing a bunch of games and stuff, we decided to play some games, do a hayride, and of course eat!  This was more of a "meet our new pastor" fun fest.  I haven't said a lot about our new pastor because I guess I have been a little guarded this time, but I really do like him and his family.  He is so eager to help our church, and thankfully has shown no psychotic tendencies!
It was a fun night of fellowship and Carl even got off to be there!  I'm telling you what, harvest is just dragging on for us!  We can't wait until all of the beans are cut and the trucks are taken in :)  Of course Carl is just ready to go to deer camp, but we are ready for no more 8:30/9:00 nights!

Today has been a VERY warm day.  It probably would be more enjoyable if we didn't know that it would more than likely storm tonight!  Carlie didn't go to school today because she was up a lot last night with stomach issues.  She never vomited, but she was very nauseated and has had stomach cramps.  She hasn't felt bad all day, just off and one.  We might be going to the doctor tomorrow p.m. because Sunday night I noticed that she has a little bulge above her belly button, I wasn't concerned about it (really) until her stomach started hurting and she said that it hurt to tough.  Maybe it's nothing, but people keep mentioning hernia to me.  Please pray that she feels better soon.  Also tomorrow is the big day....academic advising.  I remember the very first time I was advised (somewhere a
