Life Is a Highway

We headed to Hot Springs on Saturday to go to Eli's 7th birthday party. It was a lot of fun, but my girls are finding it more and more boring going to little kid parties....I guess it's just the age.

On our way!
Poor Kena was half sick, but still had a smile on her face!

Every kid loves singing cards!

Happy 7th Birthday, Elijah!! And many more!

We stopped by Bass Pro on our way back home.

And then when we were almost back to Stuttgart, my mom called and said that Jamie and Ellie Kate were in a bad accident. Praise the Lord they both made it and are sore, but okay. I held my emotions in until I went to bed that night. I kept seeing the awful picture of that car. It makes you realize how fast a life can be taken away.
Overall, it was a pretty good weekend. Makena missed church Sunday and school on Monday, but I took her to the doctor and she got a shot and meds. Maybe she'll be feeling better soon.
Much Love
Beth

Laundry piled up, dishes in the sink, phone buzzing with many emails, toys all over the house.......sounds like an absolute perfect time to go outside and relax with my kiddos!
