It really is the most wonderful time of the year! We have been doing our best to get in the Christmas spirit around here.
The dining room in all of her glory.
Carl's Granny made these in 1972.
I will never not put them out!
Wrenley's manger.
These are cloth and just for her to play with!
Somehow, I didn't get any pictures of my living room tree except this one:
Our handsome Boone
One day as I was walking out of a local store Carl called me and said that he wasn't "felling right" and needed to go to the doctor. In reality we probably should have gone to the ER, but we opted for the clinic. He really thought he was having a heart attack. His blood pressure was through the roof! They did all kinds of test and sent us home. We got a call later that he had not had a heart attack, but he was supposed to see a cardiologist in Little Rock on Friday. They gave him some medicine to lower his bp. It helped some but when we saw the cardiologist, he wanted to set him up for an angiogram. So, Monday morning we headed in for that.
He was ready to feel better.
Thankfully everything was fine. No blockages! He felt 110% better after he left and hasn't felt bad since. We go back the second week in January for a check-in with the cardiologist, but we are praying that he just needed to be back on his blood pressure meds. Thank you, Jesus!
We had our first Christmas (my dad's siblings) on the 9th. We also had a funeral that day. A sweet elderly lady in our church passed away. Then my sweet little Wrenley got sick with Cov*d. It was just a lot of heavy-ish stuff at the beginning of the month. Makena will be home later this week, and I can't wait to have my babies under one roof again :)
Wrenley at school a day before she got sick.
She is such a happy baby girl!
We are hoping and praying that we can all stay well for the rest of the month!
Much Love,
Beth
