We are thouroughly enjoying our winter break so far.  Saturday was a pretty restful day.  We just kinda hung out and did our own things.  Carl took Trey hunting this morning and Makena hunting in the afternoon.  In between we fixed deer meat for my parents, piddled around outside, and cleaned.  You can take a guess for yourself as to who did which of those jobs :) Anyway, we've had it planned to have a bonfire for NYE, but decided that we would go ahead and have one tonight too, in case the weather didn't cooperate Tuesday night.  The kids had a lot of fun and decided that me and Carl needed to get in on some silly pictures! This morning we got up and opened our presents at our house!  The kids were so excited to see what all they got. Can you see the excitement on Trey's face when I said, "Go"?!  Carlie got the phone case she has been wanting :) Makena also got a phone case for her phone!
